» Agreement
This agreement was made between ClickArea.com (SITE we/us/our), and the Member Webmaster
submitting this application (Webmaster or you/your), on the date the online application form is
submitted to and approved by the SITE.
» Definitions
Paid listing: any text-based link distributed through the Intellectual property that generates revenue when
a user clicks on such text-based link and is redirected to the appropriate advertiser website.
Valid click: click that conforms to the terms, conditions and restrictions set forth in
this agreement. All valid clicks must be the result of a query performed by user. In all
cases, the paid listings displayed must be 100% match to the keyword or keyword phrase
contained in the referring query.
Total revenue: the amount earned by approved Webmaster for each valid click.
Clickarea.com will provide statistics with 15 (fifteen)
minutes of delay. Statistics are located at http://stats.clickarea.com.
» Warranties
Webmaster further warrants that Webmaster is at least eighteen (18) years of age or
over the age of majority if Webmaster resides and/or conducts business in states,
provinces or countries where the age of majority is greater than eighteen (18) years,
and can submit proof of age upon request by SITE. Webmasters may not participate in the
program in any way if they are not of the age of majority in the state, province or
country where Webmaster resides and/or conducts business.
» Approval
Clickarea.com may not approve webmaster and cancel account. Clickarea.com may demand
additional information about the source of traffic before approval.
» Commision
Clickarea.com will pay you:
- 70% of total revenue,
- 5% of all referrals earnings.
» Payment
ClickArea.com has two pay periods:
- from the 1st day of the month to the 15th day of the month,
- from the 16th day of the month to the end-of-month.
Clickarea.com will pay earned revenue within fifteen (15) days of the end of the pay period.
Payment methods: wire transfer, paypal and epassporte.
Minimum payments: $200 for wire transfers, $100 for paypal and epassporte.
Payout fees: $30 for wire transfers, free for paypal and epassporte.
If your account has earned less than minimum payment in any given month,
that balance will be carried over from month to month until it has reached the
minimum payment. Clickarea.com has right to withhold payment for a reasonable
time to ensure that the total revenue is correct.
» Restrictions
Clickarea.com will not accept traffic from the following countries or regions: Afghanistan,
Albania, Algeria, Andorra, Angola, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Belarus, Belize,
Benin, Bhutan, Bolivia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Botswana, Brunei, Bulgaria, Burkina Faso, Burundi,
Cambodia, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, China, Comoros, Congo, Costa Rica, Cote d'Ivoire,
Croatia, Cuba, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Djibouti, Ecuador, Egypt, El Salvador, Equatorial Guinea,
Eritrea, Estonia, Ethiopia, French Guyana, French Polynesia, Gabon, Gambia, Georgia, Ghana, Gibraltar,
Greece, Guatemala, Guernsey, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Guyana, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Ache,
East Timor, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Italy, Ivory Coast, Japan, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kiribati, Korea,
South Kurdish, Turkey, Iraq, Iran, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Latvia, Lebanon, Lesotho, Liberia, Libya,
Lithuania, Macao (China), Madagascar, Malawi, Malaysia, Maldives, Mali, Marcos, Mexico, Micronesia,
Moldova, Mongolia, Morocco, Mozambique, Myanmar, Burma, Nagorno-Karabakh, Attach (Azerbaijan), Namibia,
Nauru, Nepal, The Netherlands, Nicaragua, Niger, Nigeria, North Korea, Norway, Oman, Pakistan, Palau,
Palestinian, Paraguay, Philippines, Poland, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Rwanda, Sahara, Sao Tome and Principe,
Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Serbia Montenegro, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Somalia,
South Korea, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Suriname, Swaziland, Sweden, Syria, Taiwan, Tajikistan, Thailand, Tibet,
Togo, Tonga, Tunisia, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Turks and Calicos Islands, Tuvalu, Uganda, Ukraine,
United Arab Emirates, Uruguay, Uzbekistan, Vanuatu, Vietnam, North Vietnam, South Western Sahara, Yemen,
Yugoslavia, Zaire, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
Clickarea.com will not accept the traffic coming from public or open proxy servers, clicks from
IP addresses that have bot activity and double clicks.
Clickarea.com will not accept any traffic which comes from (clickarea.com will terminate your account
immediately if your website is found to have any of the following):
- any form of SPAM activity,
- hacking, phreaking activity,
- spyware or adware ads,
- any other illegal activity,
- websites that contain warez,
- websites that contain cracks,
- websites that contain child pornography,
- websites that contain rape or bestiality,
- websites that contain any illegal content,
- any activity that we feel is unsuitable for our advertisers,
- loading results in popups or exit consoles.
Clickarea.com may demand detailed information about source of traffic.
Clickarea.com may not count low quality traffic.
We will not accept any traffic which comes pay per view, pay per surf programs.
» Promotion materials
Webmaster may use promotional materials and scripts that are located on webmaster area only
to promote clickarea.com products and services.
» Modifications
Clickarea.com reserves the right to change any of these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
» Termination
Clickarea.com reserves the right to terminate Webmaster from the clickarea.com
program without advance notification for any reason.
» Jurisdiction
This Agreement and all matters arising out of or otherwise relating to this agreement shall be
governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles.
